In class today we finished up the notes on Math Physics. We went over order of magnitude, scientific notation and significant digits. This will lead us into looking at how to manipulate equations, which we we will do tomorrow. Tomorrow I am going to assign Homework 1.2 and Homework 1.3.
I have also set the dates for the first quiz and unit exam in the class. The first quiz on this Math physics stuff will be on Monday, Sept 23. It will cover everything we did in the math physics section. The unit exam for the first unit is scheduled for Friday, Sept 27. We will talk about both as we get closer to those dates.
