Today in Period 2, we did the 2nd scrapbook assignment, "Who Speaks for Earth" by Carl Sagan. The video is linked in a previous blog post. The questions are located in the class notes link.
In Period 4, I checked and went over Homework 2.6. We then looked at some trends with curved mirrors on a Java applet. Then I talked about applications of curved mirrors. Check the course video link for some videos on applications of curved mirrors - the VLA and the Aericibo Radio Telescope.
