Today in class we looked at what happens when an object is moving on an incline. Since friction depends on the normal force, friction changes when the object moves on an incline. This depends on whether the object is moving up or down the incline. Examples 17 and 18 were taken up and Assignment 3.6 was assigned. You will be given some time on Thursday to work on this.
Tomorrow we are doing the first in class assignment for Unit 3. It covers Assignments 3.1-3.4.
